NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
It is the time of year again where members come together to elect our Committee for the next 12 months, review our Club's activities and set new goals for the upcoming year ahead. Please come along and help the ASTCV Inc. become even bigger and better in 2016. All members are welcome and encouraged to raise any thoughts or suggestions about the Club.

BUSINESS TO ATTEND TO
NOMINATIONS
Nominations of candidates for election of Office Bearers or General Committee Members must be made in writing, and delivered to the Secretary of the Association not less than 14 days before the date fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting, being, no later than Sunday 1st of November 2015.
A member may nominate more than one member or members for any one position or positions or nominate a whole committee. If insufficient nominations are received to fill all vacancies on the Committee, the candidates nominated shall be deemed to be elected and further nominations may be received at the Annual General Meeting.
If the number of nominations received is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled, the persons nominated shall be deemed to be elected.
If the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies, a ballot must be conducted. Each member wishing to participate in the ballot shall strike out all names in excess of the number of positions vacant. The results of the ballot shall be immediately declared after the votes have been counted.
